HMF ’15-’23 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Titan-XL Slip-On Exhaust Systems – Blackout

The Polaris RZR XP 1000 exhaust systems are available as a Dual Full System in the Performance Series, a Dual Full System in the Titan Series, a Single Slip-On in the Titan Series, and a Twin Loop System in the Titan Series.

There is a 2-4 dB decrease in sound levels with Quiet Core Inserts installed on all systems except the Twin Loop System. The Twin Loop System in the Titan Series is a full 8-10 dB quieter than the stock exhaust with a much more mild tone and maintains the same power output as stock.

HMF Blackout exhausts have a specialized matte colored ceramic coating that is formulated to withstand extreme temperatures and has a slightly longer production time for curing.

Titan Series:

Slip-On System:
Gains 8-10 hp and 5-6 ft-lbs at the wheels with the appropriate tuning. This is a single stainless steel silencer and weighs substantially less than the stock silencer with a much improved sound. Available in both the Loud (XL) and Quiet (QS) options.

• (2015-22) RZR XP 1000, RZR XP 4 1000

Notes:

• Horsepower and torque increases listed above are possible with tuning such as the DynoJet PowerVision. While the Polaris RZR XP 1000 does not require tuning to safely operate with an HMF exhaust, gains in power and torque are less significant.
