Enhance the Polaris Xpedition experience by adding this responsive, efficient & quiet upgrade/replacement clutch kit to all models of the amazing new Polaris Xpedition with up to 32″ tires, riding at 8,000′-11,000′ elevation -OR- 33″ tires operating at 5,000′ to 8,000′ elevation. This new kit provides predictable and smooth engagement. More than double the belt pinch force. It lowers operating RPM considerably for a better driving experience. As a bonus, that means this kit will increase fuel mileage!

The kit includes: RXL Primary, Secondary, Belt, Primary & Secondary Hardware, Blue Threadlocker, Decals & Instructions. This Duraclutch RXL kit fits 2024-2026 Polaris Xpedition models with up to 32″ tires, riding at 8,000′-11,000′ elevation -OR- 33″ tires operating at 5,000′ to 8,000′ elevation.
