X24 Tech Is Where It’s At: What makes the Rack Boss 2.0 so great? Our X24 Technology. It features a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in the gearset and tension spring. This setup means up to 50% less wear and results in more responsive steering. Say goodbye to loose and wobbly handling. Plus, it’s greaseable, so you can maintain it easily.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods: Our Rack Boss 2.0 tie rods are made from ultra-strong swaged tube steel. Each tie rod end is equipped with heavy-duty heim joints and feature 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, ensuring rock-solid reliability. They’re built to handle even the harshest rides.
